These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Celita, an astrology and Human Design app. By downloading, accessing, or using Celita, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Celita is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which forms the base license for your use of the app. These Terms add to, and where applicable clarify, that agreement. If there is a conflict between Apple's standard EULA and any specific term below, the more protective term applies to the extent permitted.

Acceptable use

Celita is for your personal, lawful use. When using the app — including the in-app "Ask Celita" chat — you agree that you will not:

Use the service for any abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise harmful purpose, or to produce such content.
Use the service for any illegal activity, or to facilitate harm to yourself or others.
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service, its AI models, prompts, or underlying systems; circumvent rate limits or security controls; or use the service to build a competing product.
Submit other people's personal information without a lawful basis, or impersonate any person or entity.

AI output — for entertainment and self-reflection only

Celita's readings, chat responses, and other AI-generated content are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or mental-health advice, and they are not a substitute for professional guidance. Do not rely on Celita to make important decisions. If you are in crisis or need help, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Content reporting & enforcement

AI responses can be reported from within the app. We take reports seriously and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law. We may also limit or discontinue the service at any time.

Your account & data

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Profile → Delete account).

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Celita is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celita and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
